First post. I feel an overwhelming pressure to write something inspiring, humorous, and entertaining, all of which seem to be lacking from my brain lately. How unfortunate, I know. Well, I decided to create this blog to connect with my family and friends, share my military wife adventures, post pictures, foster my creativity and love of writing, and share how God is moving in and around me.
Today was our second Sunday at our new church, Fellowship Bible Church. We are attending a four-week members class to help us get connected quickly and learn more about their vision and ministries. David and I felt such a peace last week after the service and really felt at home. The church is huge; in fact, they have 2 other campuses in which they broadcast the messages. Fortunately, there are pastors over different regions who help people get plugged into small groups in their area. We are excited to serve and grow in this church until our move to Abilene in the fall. Since C-130's training center is in Little Rock, we will be back here again someday.

Besides church, the best part about Sundays is nap time. Oliver kept jumping on David and rubbing against his hand in hopes of getting some attention and unintentionally sticking his fluffy tail in David's face.
